Damaged Shipments
Title of all products sold by GVC Direct, Inc. passes to the customer at the time the carrier accepts package for shipment. Because of this, you are responsible for making all package damage claims with the carrier.
Duplicate Orders
Errors may occur when placing your order through GVC Direct, Inc.'s website. If you receive an error message, or our website times out while your order is being submitted, it is possible that the order still went through. All duplicate orders placed are subject to the normal Return Policy.
Feedback
Any feedback that you provide to GVC Direct, Inc. at their website (gvc.net) shall be deemed to be non-confidential. GVC Direct, Inc. shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
Indemnity

Return Policy
All products sold on GVC Direct, Inc. (gvc.net) website are subject to GVC's Terms and Conditions. All returns must be pre-approved by GVC Direct, Inc. Approvals may be obtained by filling out the Return Material Authorization Form (RMA). The RMA Form must be submitted and approved prior to any products being returned. Pending products being returned may or may not qualify for return. All products sold by GVC Direct, Inc. are industry specific and most are subject to restocking fees. A product may or may not qualify for a refund, credit, or exchange. GVC Direct, Inc. (gvc.net) reserves the right to determine whether or not a product (order) qualifies.
All returns may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
Items must be in new or unused condition when returned, and contain all original materials that were included with the original shipment.
All returns must be accompanied with the Return Material Authorization Form.
All items being returned will be inspected. GVC Direct, Inc. has the right to refuse and/or decline any refund and/or return for any reason at anytime.
Sales Tax
GVC Direct, Inc. will add and collect applicable sales tax for items shipped to customers not providing us a tax exempt resale certificate and residing in Florida. For sales tax purposes, electronically delivered products are considered to be shipped to your provided shipping address.
Server Maintenance
GVC Direct, Inc. will periodically schedule downtime for maintenance and other purposes for their website. Unplanned outages may also occur. GVC Direct, Inc. is not liable for any resulting unavailability to their website or for any loss of data, transactions, or orders from any planned or unplanned system outages or downtime.
Shipping Method
GVC Direct, Inc. reserves the right to change the shipping method and/or carrier of any and all orders placed.
Terms of Payment
All payments are expected at time of order unless prior authorization is made with established credit. Any orders placed on account through GVC Direct, Inc. have payment terms of net 30.
Undeliverable Packages
Seldom packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, we issue a full refund less all shipping and handling costs.
We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase the item that was undeliverable, please refer back to our website to place a new order.
If the address is found to be incorrect or obsolete, the package is normally returned to us by the carrier or possibly by the unintended recipient. Please double-check the accuracy of your addresses when placing new orders.
The United States Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. Also, if you have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that they only forward first-class mail and magazines, and does not forward packages.
It is possible that during the shipping and handling process that the address label was torn, ruined, or otherwise became illegible. Also, the carrier may have made a mistake by leaving the package at a different address than what was specified on the address label.
Warranties
GVC Direct, Inc. warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of exactly one year after the date of purchase from GVC Direct, Inc, unless otherwise stated. GVC Direct, Inc. will use reasonable efforts to repair or replace, at its option, any product that GVC Direct, Inc. has determined to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use within the warranty period; provided, however, that customer has returned such defective product to the appropriate GVC Direct, Inc. branch or authorized service location, as designated by GVC Direct, shipping costs prepaid. Such repair or replacement, at GVC Direct, Inc.'s option, or GVC Direct, Inc.'s refund of amounts paid by customer for the defective product, shall be customer's sole and exclusive remedy.
In no event will GVC Direct, Inc. be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if GVC Direct, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from any defective product provided by GVC Direct, Inc. Customer is solely responsible for decisions of applications regarding the use of products provided by GVC Direct, Inc.
Wire Transfers
GVC Direct Inc. will not be responsible for any wire transfer fees associated with any purchase performed through GVC Direct Inc. The wire transfer fees are as follows:
