FiberFlo® High Performance MicroFiber Cartridge Filters offer the same increased contaminant holding capacity, long service life, low initial pressure drops, maximum throughput, and a comprehensive range of pore sizes with the added benefit of extreme resistance to collapse, channeling and bypass. The filter media will not compress and unload trapped contaminants. The unique manufacturing process gives Polypropylene MicroFiber a superior element structure when compared to pleated or wound depth filters. MicroFiber Filters offer greater void volume, Homogenous filter media, free from fibers, resins, binders, surfactants, and other contaminants. The blown extrusion process yields a stratified pore size that allows larger contaminants to be captured near the surface of the filter and smaller contaminants deeper in the filter, resulting in consistent contaminant retention throughout the service life of the filter.
