Tri-Clamp®

Tri-Clamp®, otherwise known as Triclamp, Sanitary Clamp, or S-Clamp, is the most common form of mechanical joining for pipes, valves, and fittings in the Food, Dairy, Beverage, and Life Sciences industries. Tri-Clamp® sizes are based on the outside diameter of the tube that contains the Tri-Clamp® connection (a Tri-Clamp® sizing chart available at and Tri-Clamp® Master Size Chart. A typical Tri-Clamp® connection consists of two Tri-Clamp® flanges or ferrules, a Tri-Clamp® gasket, and one of several types of clamps.
