Actril® is a diluted, Ready-To-Use, Surface Disinfectant developed to provide superior Sporicidal, Bactericidal, Fungicidal, Mycobactericidal, and Virucidal activity. Reformulated from the highly successful Minncare® Cold Sterilant for safe and effective surface disinfection, Actril® uses a blend of Hydrogen Peroxide and Peracetic Acid to eliminate dangerous Aldehyde based Sterilizing Agents. Actril® is compatible with most materials and Cleanroom surfaces used in the Food, Dairy, Beverage, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech Industries including Polypropylene, PVFD (Kynar), Teflon®, Stainless Steel, Buna-N, Viton®, EPDM, Silicone, and many vinyl and epoxy painted or coated surfaces, too. Easy-To-Use Test Strips in 1% and Residual types allow easy dip and read testing for the presence of Actril®.
Actril® is a diluted oxidizer, and a potentially dangerous chemical! GVC recommends that Actril® be used by those trained and familiar with its uses and that proper precautions and personal protective equipment be used.
