Needle Valves are used to control the flow of fluids and gases in nearly every industry. GVC Direct's Instrument Needle Valves are an excellent choice for all high purity, corrosive, and critical fluids and gasses since the valve body is machined from billet avoiding any imperfections or casting contamination. The Union Bonnet Needle Valve features a rising stem design with packing nut and union connection to allow the stem assembly to be removed from the valve body for maintenance. GVC Direct Needle Valves are offered in 316L SS with PTFE Teflon® Packing. Needle Valves made from Alloy 400 are available upon request as well as optional PEEK® packing.
