Actuated 2-Way Diaphragm Valves are used widely in Pharmaceutical, Nutritional, Biotech and some high-purity applications in the Food, Dairy, and Beverage Industries for automated control and shut-off. 2-Way Sanitary Diaphragm Valves are available in forged 316L SS bodies with diaphragms of PTFE/EPDM and EPDM. Standard Surface finishes available include mechanical polished to Ra 20 µin and electropolished Ra 15µin. Other ASME BPE® surface finishes are available upon request. Sanitary Diaphragm Valves are available in either ASME BPE® Butt Weld Ends or Tri-Clamp® Short Ends. GVC Direct, Inc. offers a wide range of Hygienic Diaphragm Valves that meet all ASME BPE, FDA, and other High-Purity requirements. GVC Direct, Inc. offers full validation documentation on all Hygienic Diaphragm Valves when requested at time of order.
