Crimped Hose Assemblies

Radially Crimped Sanitary Hose Assemblies are used widely in the Food, Dairy, Beverage, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and all other Sanitary Process industries to transport products and fluids. A Crimped Sanitary Hose Assembly is manufactured by inserting an end fitting inside the hose end and a Metallic Crimp Collar is radially squeezed around the outside of the hose forming a mechanical bond between the end fitting and the hose end. GVC Direct, Inc. uses only end fittings and crimp collar combinations that result in Sanitary Hose Assemblies that meet or exceed industry standards such as 3A®, USDA, FDA CFR 21, cGMP, and most other international sanitary standards. Crimped Sanitary Hose Assemblies can be manufactured using a wide variety of hose types, end fitting types, and end fitting materials.
