3/4" - 3" Tri-Clamp® Spool Pieces - Kynar® Fittings

Sanitary Spools are pre-fabricated lengths of Kynar® Tubing with Tri-Clamp® ends added for convenience. When combined with Kynar® fittings, True Unions, and Tri-Clamp® gaskets; the user can build sanitary pipe lines without the need for on-site welding and fabrication. GVC Direct offers standard pre-fabricated spools in lengths up to 240" in 1/4” increments, and in Tri-Clamp® sizes from 3/4” Mini through 3”. Be sure to contact us for custom lengths and special spool requirements. Bio-Pharm BPE spools are available upon special request.

Tolerance:
+/- 1/4” for spools under 1 ft
+/- 1/2” for spools 1 ft to 2 ft
Spools over 2 ft are +/- 1.5% of the OAL

Next to the correct spool diameter enter the required length as inches inside the boxes provided. Next enter the desired quanity and click order to have the spool added and final price calculated. Spools larger then 60" are oversized and will require freight delivery.
