White PTFE (Thin Style) - Bevel Seat Sanitary Gasket

White PTFE (Thin Style) is the material of choice whenever low temperature flexibility or gasket memory is not required (not recommended where large temperature variations occur frequently, leakage can occur). White PTFE (Thin Style) has almost no extractables, has a low absorption rate and excellent resistance to process fluids. It can remain in service for longer periods of time in both water and steam. For continuous use, high pressure clamps are recommended to prevent leakage resulting from temperature variations.

This gasket meets all FDA Title 21 CFR 177.2600, USDA, 3A® and cGMP specifications.

White PTFE (Thin Style) gaskets are animal-derived ingredient free and meet USP Class IV, EP 3.1.9, and cytotoxicity specifications.

Either a Certificate of Conformance or a Lot Traceable Certificate is available upon request at time of order.
