Block Style Hangers

Behringer® Block Style Hangers are extremely versatile and offer a wide range of materials of construction. A Block Style Hanger includes a base plate, two support halves, a top plate, and fasteners that allow the pipe or tube being supported between the halves. Block Style Hangers can be used as anchors where the pipe is firmly held within the two halves or as a guide that allows the pipe to float between the halves allowing for thermal expansion. Block Hangers can be installed in a variety of methods depending on the base plate type chosen. Block types can be suspended from a rod, mounted directly to a surface by welding or bolted down, or hung from threaded rod, depending on the style needed. Special stacking kits and strut systems are also available to support multiple pipes from one Hanger System. Materials of Construction can be tailored in Block Style Hangers in order to support extremely hot or cold fluids. Block Halves are available in Polypropylene or high temperature Santoprene. Block Style Hardware is available in 304 SS, 316 SS, and Zinc Plated Steel. Block Style Hangers are available to support a wide range of pipe and tube sizes ranging from ¼” to 6”.
